Trefzger is an award-winning ventriloquist/comedienne with a trunk full of wacky characters who have accompanied her on stages across the country. She was named Funniest Female Performer of 2006 by Campus Activities Magazine following votes from thousands of students nationwide.
Her vocal illusion skills were first showcased to national audiences on the TV show “Star Search” and she has since performed with artists including Jeff Foxworthy, Ray Romano, The Smothers Brothers and Drew Carey. She has appeared on ABC, TNN, A&E and Lifetime Television.
His quirky interaction with the audience is described as extremely funny and his performance on February 4 will be suitable for a family audience. Trefzger’s show is interactive, so your voice isn’t necessarily your own when you’re in the audience. You might find yourself next to a rather drunk camel or with a new baby you didn’t even know you had.
Trefzger’s special performances include The Duke Children’s Classic – Duke Hospital Celebrity Golf Classic with Jeff Foxworthy as chairman, she has been invited back for a return engagement this year. Thousands of dollars were raised to support Duke’s Children’s Hospital. She also enjoys performing aboard Disney Cruise Lines.
The Courier Post of Atlantic City, NJ says, “Trefzger is an excellent technician and a brilliant, inventive comedian…the result is a gem of a routine…a top-notch performer!”
